Scott Sagaria is the Principal Owner of Sagaria Law, a Professional Corporation. Sagaria Law specializes in Family Law, Bankruptcy and Estate Planning throughout all of California. Mr. Sagaria graduated from Santa Clara Law School and began his family law practice as a solo practitioner in 2001. Over the past 8 years he has successfully completed over 1200 family law cases, in all areas of family law. Further, he has successfully completed over 2000 bankruptcy petitions. Mr. Sagaria previously practiced in the areas of Labor and Employment Law. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Sagaria worked in both the large and small law firm environments. He strives to allow his clients to experience both, the professionalism of a large office, with the quaint feeling of a small firm. Mr. Sagaria’s goal is to provide meaningful, real time solutions and information to individuals in need of legal advice and fresh perspective.

Mr. Sagaria grew up in a suburb of New York City and moved to California for law school. He is a resident in both San Jose, CA and El Dorado Hills, CA. Mr. Sagaria enjoys volunteering his time and has served as the President of the Willow Glen Rotary Club. Mr. Sagaria enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, attending sporting events and golfing.

Samira Amato, Esq.

Senior Family Law Associate

Samira Amato is the Principal Owner of Law Office of Samira Ansari and of Counsel for Sagaria Law, a Professional Corporation. Ms. Amato has extensive experience in litigation including family law and civil. Mr. Amato graduated from Santa Clara Law School and began his family law practice as a solo practitioner in 2003. Ms. Amato graduated with honors from university of California at Berkeley. After college she attended the Peace Corps and soon after began Law School. Ms. Amato graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property. Thereafter, Ms. Amato began an externship program with a Family Law Judge in Santa Clara County where she became involved in restraining order cases and family law matters. Ms. Amato has been active in working with domestic violence organizations in Santa Clara County. Ms. Amato’s family law practice includes annulment and divorce (uncontested and contested) as well as child support, paternity, custody, visitation and restraining orders.
Client relationship is very important to Ms. Amato. She has a proven ability to keenly assess each client's situation, and tailor an approach best suited to a successful outcome for their case. Winning or negotiating the best outcome for her clients is Ms. Amato’s number one goal.

Ms. Ansari speaks Farsi, to facilitate communication with Iranian clients.

Xiomara Torres

Administrative Assistant

Xiomara Torres grew up in Menlo Park, CA. She attended Santa Clara University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. After college, she worked for various local law firms and gained administrative experience through her work. In addition to her legal administrative experience, she worked at Google where she supported various teams of Engineers and Recruiters. Xiomara experienced a high-paced sales and administrative working environment when she worked for Countrywide in the mortgage department. This valuable experience helped her excel in customer service and client care. Xiomara is currently an administrative assistant in Sagaria Law’s Family Law Division. She performs any and all administrative duties and supports Sagaria Law’s Family Law Attorneys.
